Description: John McHenry inherits leadership of his father’s church in his old dying neighborhood in Houston, Texas. With wife Angela, he must forge his own legacy and preserve the heritage of his ancestors.
Need: 3 African American males actors 30-60 years of age.
2 African American female actors 20-mid 30s, 1 African American female actor 40-60 yrs
Prepare: 1-2-minute dramatic monologue. Some singing possible.
