As we operate at full capacity, we have implemented the following protocols developed in consultation with expert public health guidance and in alignment with Chicago’s performing arts sector. We encourage you to confirm current protocols prior to your visit; all policies, including ticketing and attendance, are subject to change based on evolving guidance from the City of Chicago, the State of Illinois, and the CDC. As this guidance is rapidly evolving, so may our protocols. Full refunds will be made available to any parties wishing to cancel their tickets for any reason.

We anticipate maintaining these protocols (until such time that prevailing medical guidance allows for a relaxation of certain policies).

FACE COVERINGS

Face coverings are not required.

 

DISTANCING

The protocols outlined in this plan allow eta Creative Arts Foundation to safely operate at full audience capacity. As such, there will not be physical distancing between parties during events.

 

SANITIZATION AND SURFACES

​

In addition to enhanced cleaning procedures between every event, hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout eta Creative Arts Foundation.

 

RISK ASSUMPTION

​

All patrons understand that there is a risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are present. Those purchasing tickets and attending eta Creative Arts Foundation productions voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

 

TICKET DELIVERY

​

Tickets will be delivered electronically by email. Your printed ticket or your electronic ticket on your phone will be scanned upon entering the building.

EXCHANGE POLICY

​

Patrons who are not feeling well, are exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms or have had or been exposed to COVID-19 in the past 14 days, should not come to eta Creative Arts Foundation. If you are unable to attend a performance, you are encouraged to contact us to discuss flexible exchange and refund options.
