Aspiring playwrights submitted their plays to be presented and voted on by A Taste of Theatre's panel of judges and a live audience. Twenty minutes of each play will be showcased during the evening performances.

Audience members will receive a behind-the-scenes perspective of the playwriting process as each playwright explains the purpose and inspiration of his/her play.

Each person in attendance for the performances will cast votes for their favorite play. The winner will selected at the end of the evening based on the votes cast by the audience. ​

As eta Creative Arts Foundation remains committed to the creation of new works and the development of aspiring playwrights, the selected winner will have the opportunity to feature their full production on eta's mainstage during an upcoming production season.
