Sherlock Holmes: The Copper Beeches

This summer, The Acting Workshop Chicago at Hardworktellingstories presents Live Radio Theatre, an interactive journey back to the Golden Age of Radio. Before television became a household fixture, families gathered around their radios to enjoy mysteries, dramas, comedies, and adventures brought to life through voices, music, and sound effects.

In this unique theatrical experience, audiences will not only hear the stories unfold but also witness how actors, narration, and live Foley sound effects work together to create the magic of radio storytelling.

The program begins with two original works.
